MAIN COURSE 

Stifado – Diced lean beef cooked with onions & red wine to create this traditional Greek stew. Served on a bed of rice with vegetables or Greek salad

Dolmades* – pork and beef mincemeat with rice and tomatoes delicately wrapped in vine leaves, served with potatoes and Greek salad (*vegetarian option also available)

Moussaka* – layers of potato, minced meat, aubergine and courgettes topped with cheese sauce, served with potatoes and Greek salad (* Vegetarian option also available)

Chicken or Pork Souvlaki – marinated with mountain herbs and cooked on a charcoal grill, served with rice, Greek salad and Tzaziki

Fresh Fish of the Day – served on a bed of creamy mash in a lemon, garlic and white wine sauce with vegetables or Greek salad
